• Please provide exact image dimensions (not cake size) if sizing/formatting is needed. We do not print from screenshots or links. Additional fees apply for sizing based on complexity. Non-print-ready images require 2 business days turnaround.

Sweet n’ Fancy Emporium – Edible Image Order Disclaimer & Agreement

By submitting your edible image order and providing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Turnaround Time:

  
  

  Edible images that are print-ready will be completed and available for pickup the next business day, provided they are submitted before store closing time.

  
  

  Orders that require resizing, formatting, or any adjustments will have a two (2) day turnaround time.

• No Pickup Notification:

  
  

  Sweet n’ Fancy Emporium does not contact customers when edible images are ready. It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up their order based on the stated turnaround times (next day for print-ready images submitted before closing, or two days for images requiring sizing).

• Payment Requirement:

  
  

  All edible image orders must be paid in full prior to printing. Orders will not be processed or printed until payment has been received.

• Order Accuracy:

  
  

  By approving and submitting your image(s), you confirm that all details (including image quality, sizing, spelling, and design) are correct and meet your expectations. Sweet n’ Fancy Emporium is not responsible for errors in customer-provided files once approved.

• Image Quality:

  
  

  Final print quality is dependent on the resolution and clarity of the image provided. We are not responsible for pixelation or distortion resulting from low-quality images.
